Founded by Joseph Arlaud in the 1950s, Domaine Arlaud is a highly respected family-run winery in Morey-St-Denis, Burgundy. In the guiding hands of the domaine’s third generation, Cyprien, Romain, and Bertille bring new depth and precision to the already remarkable wines.
Domaine Arlaud has been practicing biodynamic farming since 2009 and has been certified organic since 2014. Horses are used to work the 15 hectares across 19 different appellations including 8 premier crus in Morey-St-Denis and three grands crus in Charmes-Chambertin, Clos de la Roche, and Clos Saint-Denis.
The wines are described as earthy, floral and complex with dark berry fruit flavours. There is excellent volume to the solidly powerful and muscular palate and beautiful, long finish.

Arlaud Bourgogne Roncevie 2019
"A mildly reduced but clearly ripe nose leads to very fresh and vibrant middle weight flavors that possess fine precision and unusually good depth and persistence for a wine at this level. Moreover, the mouthfeel is fairly refined for a Bourgogne and overall, this is excellent and well-worth checking out." - Burghound, 87-89 points.

Arlaud Morey St Denis Aux Cheseaux 1er 2019
"Reduction pushes the fruit to the background though it does seem notably ripe. The intense, muscular and vibrant medium weight flavors brim with minerality on the powerful, serious and structured finale that flashes a touch of austerity. This isn't as concentrated as either the Blanchards or the Millandes, but it's got slightly better depth and persistence. Patience required however." - Burghound, 91-93 points.
S$ 144 nett/bottle (750ml)
Arlaud Charmes Chambertin Grand Cru 2019
"Good freshness to the slightly bigger and richer yet still quite sleek flavors that possess focused power on the impressively precise, youthfully austere and quite serious finish. This doesn't have quite the same grace as the Combottes but it's definitely a quality effort as it's built-to-age and a wine that's going to need at least half a dozen years of patience first while rewarding 15+." - Burghound, 91-94 points.
