"Geological Characteristics
The second wine of Château Pavie is made from dedicated parcels situated on the Saint Emilion limestone plateau, composed of a clay-limestone soil atop starfish limestone.

Growing Methods
Pruned to six spurs for old vines and two for young ones, green harvesting, leaf thinning, as well as picking and sorting by hand.

Vinification
It is closely adapted to the potential of the harvest. Temperature-controlled oak vats. Vatting for 31 days Malolactic fermentation in barrels.

Maturing
In 70 % new oak and 30 % one-wine wooden barrels.

Alc: 15%

Blend
50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 50% Merlot"
