"The 2000 Colheita Tawny Port is a typical field blend of grapes like Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca and Tinto Cão bottled in 2019 with 124 grams of sugar and a long cork. The last release seen was the 2015, but these are often bottled on demand. The class of the Tawny group this issue, this has the lushest and sweetest edge but equally fine structure and balance. Long on the finish, fresh but sexy, powerful but well integrated, this is brilliant. This isn't even a 20 Year Tawny yet, but it punches well above its weight. Craftsmanship and high-quality fruit make this a big winner."
