"Geological characteristics
Over 1 ha of graves soil, this white has been created to prove that it is possible to make a great dry white wine on the Saint-Émilion area.

Growing methods
Pruning down to 6 buds, thinning, leaf stripping; grapes are harvested and sorted by hand.

Vinification
Whole-bunch pressing. Stirred regularly to release all sorts of complex aromas.

Maturing
In 25 % vats, 38 % new oak and 37 % one-wine wooden barrels for 6 months. Final blend at bottling time.
