Beau-Séjour Bécot, 1er Cru Grand Classé B
In the Saint-Émilion appellation on the right bank of Bordeaux, Château Beau-Sejour Bécot is a 1st Grand Cru Classé B. The vines in the 17-hectare vineyard are on clay-limestone soils and average 34 years old. The grapes are picked by hand within each plot, destalked, and sorted by hand. At present, Juliette Becot and Julien Barthe are in charge of Chateau Beau-Sejour Becot, as well as the family's other estates like Joanin Bécot.
